Bear Lake 2008

We had such a fun time together in Bear Lake. Thanks mom and dad for all that you did to make our week together so much fun. A few of the things we did were; mini golfing, swimming, ride 4-wheelers, play games, ate lots of yummy raspberry shakes, kids went for ice cream cones with grandma and grandpa at least once a day, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Trey snatching the butter and eating a big handful. This was just one of the few things along with sand that he ate.

Unknown said...: What a fun trip! I am so glad that I made the trip up there b/c I really enjoy being with family and love making memories that last forever! I love you so much and loved being with your beurtiful kids! Hallee is still asking about bear lake and wondering why I won't take her EVERYDAY to get an ice cream cone! Ash you are such a sweet person with a HUGE heart... thanks for just talking with me and being a wonderful friend! As Hallee would say... "You the best!" We will be blessing Carter either the weekend of labor day the 31st pf August (hallee's b-day) or the actual fast sunday on September 7th... whatever works out better for everyone else so we will keep you posted! Lexi's Funny Moments

9/15/08- Lexi asked Cody if he had to go to work, and he said yes. He asked her why daddy has to work and she said, "because it takes a lot of money."
9/21/08-Lexi had her pretend cell phone out, when all of the sudden I hear her say "oh no I missed a call."
10/15/08-Lexi opened our front door and said "mommy, it smells like elephants out here." It did smell like cow poop outside pretty bad. I had to laugh.
10/23/08- Lexi is playing with her mr. potato head elmo doll. She puts on the mustache and says, "look mommy and daddy, he has a musmache." We couldn't stop laughing.
10/24/08-Lately when Lexi can't get Cody's attention she will first try daddy, and then she will say "hey Cody." She is getting pretty smart!
11/13/08-I asked Lexi if she wanted to go to preschool one day and she said "no, I just want to stay at home with you mommy."
11/13/08- Every night Lexi tells us the sprinkler is bothering her. Cody has to get up on her bed talk to the sprinkler on her ceiling and tell it to be nice so Lexi can go to sleep.
11/13/08-The other day Lexi wasn't up from her nap yet and Trey went to her door and layed by it. Whenever she isn't up he always goes over to her door and starts tapping on it.
