I am such a huge quote person! I love quotes!! Reading good quotes is always a good reminder of things I sometimes forget in my busy, and crazy day as a mom! They help bring me back to what I'm trying to accomplish everyday, and the kind of person I want to be. Everyday when I'm getting ready I read the quotes I have hanging on my bathroom mirror. I loved this one, and right now in my life I need this. Life is so good if we let it be!! Focusing on the imperfections in our life, and things out of our control ruins the good in our spirits, and this is something I want to be better at. I know when I have gratitude and faith I'm a better friend, sister, and mother.
Guess I have a new quote for my mirror:)
I love Gordon B. Hinckley and he will always be one of my favorite prophets.

Lexi's Funny Moments

9/15/08- Lexi asked Cody if he had to go to work, and he said yes. He asked her why daddy has to work and she said, "because it takes a lot of money."
9/21/08-Lexi had her pretend cell phone out, when all of the sudden I hear her say "oh no I missed a call."
10/15/08-Lexi opened our front door and said "mommy, it smells like elephants out here." It did smell like cow poop outside pretty bad. I had to laugh.
10/23/08- Lexi is playing with her mr. potato head elmo doll. She puts on the mustache and says, "look mommy and daddy, he has a musmache." We couldn't stop laughing.
10/24/08-Lately when Lexi can't get Cody's attention she will first try daddy, and then she will say "hey Cody." She is getting pretty smart!
11/13/08-I asked Lexi if she wanted to go to preschool one day and she said "no, I just want to stay at home with you mommy."
11/13/08- Every night Lexi tells us the sprinkler is bothering her. Cody has to get up on her bed talk to the sprinkler on her ceiling and tell it to be nice so Lexi can go to sleep.
11/13/08-The other day Lexi wasn't up from her nap yet and Trey went to her door and layed by it. Whenever she isn't up he always goes over to her door and starts tapping on it.
