Lexi loves Quest, and gets to go twice a week with a couple other kids in her class. The next project they are working on is a research project, and they have to present these in front of other people. She chose to do hers on Indiana:) she wanted to do Indiana because this is where she was born!!
To qualify for the Quest program they test all kids, and based on their IQ level, and other tests they administer to all kids in her school, she qualified. Only 90 kids in the whole school qualify, so she's very lucky to have this opportunity. We are really proud of her, and we feel so blessed to be her parents. She truly makes us so proud, and we love her so much. Cody and I have been the ones blessed to have her in our home.
Lexi has been working on a hockey player made from garbage! She came up with her hockey player all on her own, and when we saw it we blown away with how creative she got with it!! She was so proud of it, and they displayed the hockey players at the Professional hockey game! We got to go as a family to the game, and also to see all the hockey players displayed!! The hockey team in Austin is called the Texas Stars! Lexi's teacher made everyone star shirts... including Berkley:)
It was such a fun night, and the kids loved it!! Every time the Stars would score a really loud horn would blow! Korver would cover his ears every time! It was hilarious!
Trey wanted to take selfies of himself with everyone else:) he's so cute!! It was a fun night together.

Lexi,
I LOVED your hockey player. You did a great job! I wondered what the star shirts were when I was there. What a cute picture. Hockey games are fun. Lexi, I am so proud of you that you have worked so hard to be a good student and that you qualified for the program. Keep up the good work!
