We tried to make the most of the last few weeks we had left in Arizona. Some of our favorite people Todd, Rikki and their family came to visit one last time! Our kids were so excited and we had such a fun time hanging out! Chandler said, "If I ever need to call uncle Cody I'll always have his phone number, because it's right here on my toothbrush!" He's such a cute kid! We appreciated them making the drive to visit, so we could hang out one last time before our move.
The couple buying our home in Arizona has a beach house in Carlsbad California, and they offered to let us stay in it. They said they knew we'd been under a lot of stress packing, getting our practice sold, and building our house in Texas. It was so kind of them to let us stay, and it was so much fun!! It was right off of the beach, so we invited our friends the Finters along. It was a great time. We picked strawberries, rode the train to Old Town San Diego and did the Mormon Battalion, looked in shops, and ate at a really yummy place. It was a fun trip. We will miss the Finters!! We also got to meet up with Kip and Kajsa in L.A. so the boys could do some business. It was a fun few weeks!
