Trey cute sayings

Trey has one of the kindest and most thoughtful hearts! I can always count on Trey to come in about 3 am to snuggle most nights! He hates being by himself in his room, and will do just about anything to earn his time with mom and dad laying by him at night :)
Last night as I finished laying by him, I got up to leave, and he said, "mom, everyday before I leave for school next year, I'm going to rock my little sister. I want her to know I still love her even though I have to go to school." It was really sweet because we had not talked about the baby when I was laying by him.
I love this little guy, and I'm really proud of the boy he is growing up to be. He does so well at school, always gets compliments about his behavior and honesty :). He's very driven, competitive, sweet, and loves to have responsibility!!

Lexi's Funny Moments

9/15/08- Lexi asked Cody if he had to go to work, and he said yes. He asked her why daddy has to work and she said, "because it takes a lot of money."
9/21/08-Lexi had her pretend cell phone out, when all of the sudden I hear her say "oh no I missed a call."
10/15/08-Lexi opened our front door and said "mommy, it smells like elephants out here." It did smell like cow poop outside pretty bad. I had to laugh.
10/23/08- Lexi is playing with her mr. potato head elmo doll. She puts on the mustache and says, "look mommy and daddy, he has a musmache." We couldn't stop laughing.
10/24/08-Lately when Lexi can't get Cody's attention she will first try daddy, and then she will say "hey Cody." She is getting pretty smart!
11/13/08-I asked Lexi if she wanted to go to preschool one day and she said "no, I just want to stay at home with you mommy."
11/13/08- Every night Lexi tells us the sprinkler is bothering her. Cody has to get up on her bed talk to the sprinkler on her ceiling and tell it to be nice so Lexi can go to sleep.
11/13/08-The other day Lexi wasn't up from her nap yet and Trey went to her door and layed by it. Whenever she isn't up he always goes over to her door and starts tapping on it.
