We had a great summer trip back home to Utah and Wyoming to visit family for 2 weeks in August. Cody wasn't going to be able to come because two CE courses he had signed up for at the beginning of the year, just happened to fall on the week of the family reunion at Bear Lake. He was really bummed but we couldn't get our money back, so he had to stay. Luckily he had some business stuff to do with our great friend Mike Smith, so we decided to all drive up last minute instead of fly. We had a fun trip up, and the kids were excited to stay in a hotel!! We got to celebrate Cody's 32nd birthday with our good friends Mike and Tai, and it was so fun time seeing them! They are GREAT and we love their family. The next day we had a family dinner with all of Cody's family for his birthday before he flew back to Arizona. We hope he had a great birthday and he knows how much he is loved by a lot of people!! I know he is bummed when he can't celebrate his birthday with his twin brother, but they were on the phone bright and early wishing each other a happy birthday!
The kids and I stayed a few days at grandma Nielson's house before we headed up to Bear Lake with my family. We took the kids to Dinosaur Park, and they loved it! Lexi and Trey wanted to take a picture inside every one of the photo character setups. They loved hanging out with grandma and their cousins. Gracie is always so kind to play with the kids, and they sure love her to pieces. It was a fun weekend and a nice break from the heat.

We need to take the other grandkids to dinasour park and over to Rainbow Gardens for lunch. That is one of my favorite spots, but I forget about the Dinasour Park. Cute pictures!
