Disney on Ice

Last Friday we took the kids to Disney on Ice! Lexi and Trey LOVE the Disney characters, so we thought this would be a fun surprise for them. Lexi loved it, and told me she never wanted the show to end. Trey really liked the show, but wanted Mickey out on the ice the whole show. He loves Mickey!! Lexi has watched most of the the Disney movies, so it was fun that she knew what was going on. She told me she wanted to go to Disney on Ice again next week! She had been really anxious to go because her cousin Emma got to go a few weeks before her, and she wanted to look at their blog to see pictures almost every day. It is so much fun to see your kids having fun. I think Cody and I enjoyed the show just as much as they did!! I was a little bummed because our camera battery died, but we got a few pictures.

Lexi's Funny Moments

9/15/08- Lexi asked Cody if he had to go to work, and he said yes. He asked her why daddy has to work and she said, "because it takes a lot of money."
9/21/08-Lexi had her pretend cell phone out, when all of the sudden I hear her say "oh no I missed a call."
10/15/08-Lexi opened our front door and said "mommy, it smells like elephants out here." It did smell like cow poop outside pretty bad. I had to laugh.
10/23/08- Lexi is playing with her mr. potato head elmo doll. She puts on the mustache and says, "look mommy and daddy, he has a musmache." We couldn't stop laughing.
10/24/08-Lately when Lexi can't get Cody's attention she will first try daddy, and then she will say "hey Cody." She is getting pretty smart!
11/13/08-I asked Lexi if she wanted to go to preschool one day and she said "no, I just want to stay at home with you mommy."
11/13/08- Every night Lexi tells us the sprinkler is bothering her. Cody has to get up on her bed talk to the sprinkler on her ceiling and tell it to be nice so Lexi can go to sleep.
11/13/08-The other day Lexi wasn't up from her nap yet and Trey went to her door and layed by it. Whenever she isn't up he always goes over to her door and starts tapping on it.
