Mountains to Climb

I saw this and it touched my heart in such a deep way. I'm thankful for faith, the Atonement, forgiveness, and imperfections. Everyday I know I'm not capable of being all I can be without my Savior. I'm thankful for the messages from our apostles. I know trials make us stronger, and I'm thankful for all I can learn from my own trials, and the trials of others. I love the gospel and it gives me so much hope in a world that I can see so much darkness and light.
My hope is that I can climb any mountain with faith, and remember what each trial is teaching me along the way. That I won't lose hope, I will learn more patience, not get completely discouraged, or lose my way.

Lexi's Funny Moments

9/15/08- Lexi asked Cody if he had to go to work, and he said yes. He asked her why daddy has to work and she said, "because it takes a lot of money."
9/21/08-Lexi had her pretend cell phone out, when all of the sudden I hear her say "oh no I missed a call."
10/15/08-Lexi opened our front door and said "mommy, it smells like elephants out here." It did smell like cow poop outside pretty bad. I had to laugh.
10/23/08- Lexi is playing with her mr. potato head elmo doll. She puts on the mustache and says, "look mommy and daddy, he has a musmache." We couldn't stop laughing.
10/24/08-Lately when Lexi can't get Cody's attention she will first try daddy, and then she will say "hey Cody." She is getting pretty smart!
11/13/08-I asked Lexi if she wanted to go to preschool one day and she said "no, I just want to stay at home with you mommy."
11/13/08- Every night Lexi tells us the sprinkler is bothering her. Cody has to get up on her bed talk to the sprinkler on her ceiling and tell it to be nice so Lexi can go to sleep.
11/13/08-The other day Lexi wasn't up from her nap yet and Trey went to her door and layed by it. Whenever she isn't up he always goes over to her door and starts tapping on it.
