Early 30th Birthday Celebration with 3 of my best friends!

This year 3 of my best friends from back home had been planning what we wanted to do to celebrate all of our 30th birthdays. We were going to go to meet up in Vegas for a girls weekend, but decided it was too close to Mandy's due date. Since I was coming home we just decided to do a girls night out. It was SO fun to hang out and reminisce about all the fun times we've had. I have been friends with these girls since middle school. We played high school sports together, dated best guy friends, went to almost every dance together in high school, and eventually the twins were responsible for Cody and I meeting each other! We have had so many fun memories traveling across the state of Wyoming, and I truly feel so blessed to call them friends. We have always stayed close, even though we live so far apart. These girls are so special to me and I'm so glad we could celebrate our 30th birthdays together. Time goes by so fast, and I can't believe we've been friends for nearly 20 years!! Saying that makes me feel old. Glad these girls were put into my life.

Lexi's Funny Moments

9/15/08- Lexi asked Cody if he had to go to work, and he said yes. He asked her why daddy has to work and she said, "because it takes a lot of money."
9/21/08-Lexi had her pretend cell phone out, when all of the sudden I hear her say "oh no I missed a call."
10/15/08-Lexi opened our front door and said "mommy, it smells like elephants out here." It did smell like cow poop outside pretty bad. I had to laugh.
10/23/08- Lexi is playing with her mr. potato head elmo doll. She puts on the mustache and says, "look mommy and daddy, he has a musmache." We couldn't stop laughing.
10/24/08-Lately when Lexi can't get Cody's attention she will first try daddy, and then she will say "hey Cody." She is getting pretty smart!
11/13/08-I asked Lexi if she wanted to go to preschool one day and she said "no, I just want to stay at home with you mommy."
11/13/08- Every night Lexi tells us the sprinkler is bothering her. Cody has to get up on her bed talk to the sprinkler on her ceiling and tell it to be nice so Lexi can go to sleep.
11/13/08-The other day Lexi wasn't up from her nap yet and Trey went to her door and layed by it. Whenever she isn't up he always goes over to her door and starts tapping on it.
