Smith Family Christmas

We had so much fun going up to Wyoming, and it was actually warmer up there this year than in Utah! My parents came and picked us up from Cody's house, and we met my sister Natalie and her family at Temple Square. Going to see the Salt Lake Temple is one of my favorite things to do at Christmas. We all loved the lights and the statue of Christ. It was beautiful and fun to hang out with Nat and her family. Her girls are so adorable. We then headed up to Wyoming where we enjoyed lots of fun on the 4-wheelers. The kids loved being pulled behind the 4-wheeler on the sleigh. Trey wanted to be out there every minute someone was riding them. We took all of the kids swimming at the rec center, enjoyed yummy food, got spoiled by my parents, played games, and had so much fun hanging out with everyone. We missed Ryker and his family this year, but we can't wait to meet little Addi Jane. The kids always have so much fun getting together and it is fun to see how much they love being together.
My parents are always so good to plan activities, devote all of their time to the grand kids, and there really is no place like being at home spending time with my siblings and parents. My kids love their grandparents so much, and when they are with them my kids know how much they are loved. I'm so glad everyone made the trip up after Christmas, so we could all be together for the holidays.

After we got back to Arizona, Trey was outside riding his bike when he heard a 4-wheeler. He jumped off his bike as fast as he could, and started running down the middle of the street. I wasn't sure what he was running after, so when I caught up to him he was heart broken because he wanted a ride on the 4-wheeler. He just kept saying, "grandpa, 4wheeler." It made me sad for him because he just loves riding them so much. I'm so glad he has this memory with his grandpa.

Ash- Looks like you had a way fun Christmas. Wish we could have seen you. We are working on maybe going somewhere for spring-break. We might go to St. George...or to Arizona if thats ok?? If we go to St. George, maybe you could come and meet us down there. We havn't worked out any details yet. Just talk! We'll let you know. Your kids are getting so big. Time for another one. How are you feeling?

Great pictures! My camera died so I didn't get too many. It was fun meeting you at Temple Square. The kids seemed like they had a blast too.
