WICKED

Last week Cody and I had the chance to see Wicked!! My sweet husband heard it was coming Phoenix and got us tickets!! I really think I probably have one of the sweetest and best husbands in the world. I know I'm a little biased, but I really did marry a great guy. I feel so lucky everyday that I have him. We have so much in common and being with him makes me so happy.
We wanted to see Wicked so bad when we lived back in Indiana, but with all the craziness of graduation and our 4th year of dental school, we couldn't make it up to Chicago to see it. I love going to musicals and plays, and luckily Cody does too. It was so much fun being out together, especially since I was out of town for a few weeks prior to going. We both loved it and it was well worth the wait and money. We really want to see Phantom of the Opera in the fall, so that just might be our next one in a few months!!

Lexi's Funny Moments

9/15/08- Lexi asked Cody if he had to go to work, and he said yes. He asked her why daddy has to work and she said, "because it takes a lot of money."
9/21/08-Lexi had her pretend cell phone out, when all of the sudden I hear her say "oh no I missed a call."
10/15/08-Lexi opened our front door and said "mommy, it smells like elephants out here." It did smell like cow poop outside pretty bad. I had to laugh.
10/23/08- Lexi is playing with her mr. potato head elmo doll. She puts on the mustache and says, "look mommy and daddy, he has a musmache." We couldn't stop laughing.
10/24/08-Lately when Lexi can't get Cody's attention she will first try daddy, and then she will say "hey Cody." She is getting pretty smart!
11/13/08-I asked Lexi if she wanted to go to preschool one day and she said "no, I just want to stay at home with you mommy."
11/13/08- Every night Lexi tells us the sprinkler is bothering her. Cody has to get up on her bed talk to the sprinkler on her ceiling and tell it to be nice so Lexi can go to sleep.
11/13/08-The other day Lexi wasn't up from her nap yet and Trey went to her door and layed by it. Whenever she isn't up he always goes over to her door and starts tapping on it.
